Charles W. Baker Airport is owned and operated by the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. This general aviation airport is located just 10 miles from Downtown Memphis. Services include fuel, hangar and ramp space, aircraft parking and more.
The facility includes a pilot lounge, meeting facilities, weather information, Wi-Fi, refreshments, and more.
Charles W. Baker Airport features 24 hour taxi service, Enterprise Rental Car (delivered to location), and a free courtesy car during hours of operation, and tie downs.
Note to Baker tenants:
RWY 18/36 will be closed, weather permitting, beginning at 8am Monday, September 23 and remain closed until Saturday, September 28 at 8am.
NOTAM’s will be managed accordingly, and any needed updates will be provided as they become available. Tie down space is available at Dewitt Spain Airport (M01) if needed.

Hangar Development
The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority leases land for hangar development. Lease agreements have a 20-year term, after which the hangar reverts to the Airport Authority. The tenant will then have first right of refusal to rent the hangar back at fair market value as set by an independent appraiser.
