The ID Office at Memphis International Airport is located on the baggage level in the hallway between B and C baggage claim.

Closed daily between Noon-1pm.
Closed the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

Acquire a new badge or renew your badge by following the steps below:
New Badges
Steps for obtaining your badge credentials at MEM.
Download and complete the ID Badge Application Form. Form must be signed by an Authorized Signatory.
Bring your signed application and TWO forms of unexpired, government issued ID to the ID Office.
Applicants must complete and pass the Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and Security Threat Assessment (STA). These security background checks are conducted through fingerprinting.-
After you receive your security background check clearances, you can now complete all training modules in the IET Training Portal.
After successfully completing the IET training, you are ready to be badged.
A signed approval letter by your Authorized Signatory is required before issuance of badge.
Badge Renewals
Current badge holders must renew their badge ANNUALLY.
Complete and pass ALL training modules in the IET Training Portal.
Download and complete the ID Badge Application Form. Form must be signed by an Authorized Signatory.
Bring your signed form and TWO forms of unexpired, government issued ID to the ID Office.
Online Security Training
Required for ALL EMPLOYEES – new badge holders and badge renewals.
ALL training modules displayed after login MUST be completed before your badge will be issued or renewed.
