The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) requires all commercial ground transportation service providers operating on Airport property more than three (3) times per month during any given month to obtain a permit. This includes picking up only.

Transportation Network Providers (TNCs) must enter a contract with MSCAA.

Taxi/Limousine – Operations are located on the LOWER MIDDLE outer roadway in front of the Baggage Claim level of the terminal.
Shuttles/Buses/Others – Operations are located on the LOWER OUTER roadway in front of the Baggage Claim level of the terminal.
TNCs – Operations are located on the UPPER OUTER roadway in front of the Ticketing level of the terminal.

Due to construction and minimal commercial drive space, you will be required to enter a staging area along the inbound roadway, next to Blue Lot, and wait to receive permission to enter your designated roadway.
