Airport Authority, Seaport Airlines reach agreement on use of main terminal at MEM

MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) and SeaPort Airlines, Inc. have reached an agreement for the airline to operate some of its flights at the main terminal at Memphis International Airport (MEM). SeaPort has been operating in Memphis since 2009 out of Signature Flight Support, a Fixed Based Operator near the main terminal of MEM.
SeaPort is expected to begin operations at MEM on March 16, and will operate out of gate C22. SeaPort flights from Memphis to Greenville, MS and Tupelo, MS will depart from MEM, while the airline’s flights to El Dorado, AR; Hot Springs, AR; Harrison, AR; and Jackson, TN will continue to depart from Signature.
Headquartered in Portland, OR, SeaPort Airlines is a scheduled commuter airline that operates 9-passenger Cessna Caravan aircraft in Alaska, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas.
