| PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project consists of Open-Ended National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) consultant services. Focus of this contract will be preparation of NEPA documents required by local, state or federal agencies for projects located at Memphis International Airport, DeWitt Spain Airport, and Charles Baker Airport such as CatEx, short-form EA, EA, etc. The scope includes agency communication and coordination. The overall contract will be for an initial 3-year period with options to renew for two additional periods of 1-year each (total 5 years). |
