Public Records Requests

Public records requests to the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) are subject to the Tennessee Public Records Act (TPRA), which provides Tennessee citizens with access to public records. MSCAA also provides records to prior competitive bidding participants.

Once submitted, MSCAA will review the request. A member from our team will follow up with you within 7 business days with the documents you requested or an update on your request. If you do not receive an email from our team within 7 business days of your request, please e-mail publicrecords@flymemphis.com.
