MEM expects more than 55,000 people to pass through checkpoint Memorial Day Weekend
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) expects more than 55,000 people to pass through the checkpoint at Memphis International Airport (MEM) during the Memorial Day weekend travel period, which will take place between May 22 and May 27. The peak days are projected to be Thursday and Friday, with more than 10,000 people passing through the checkpoint each day.
