The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) requires all commercial ground transportation service providers operating on Airport property more than three (3) times per month during any given month to obtain a permit. This includes picking up only.

Transportation Network Providers (TNCs) must enter a contract with MSCAA.

Terminal Modernization Seismic Program (TMSP) / Outer Road Construction Project (ORCP) Impacts on Commercial Drive
There will be staging areas for certain commercial drive operators. After paying their trip fee, taxis will stage and hold at the taxi hold building until directed to leave. Limos will check in with the booth at taxi hold. They will be either be allowed to go directly to the commercial drive or stage at the taxi hold building until space is available. All coach buses must stop at the staging area and check in at the booth. You will be sent to a designated stop once your party is available.
Current Commercial Curb Assignments
Taxi operations are located on the left side of the new INTERIM COMMERCIAL CURB (ICC) roadway of the B Baggage crosswalk.
Limousine operations are located on the right side of the new ICC roadway of the B Baggage crosswalk.
Shuttles/Other operations are located on the right side of the new ICC roadway of the B Baggage crosswalk.
TNCs operations are now located downstairs on the right side of the new ICC roadway of the B Terminal crosswalk.
Coach Buses/MATA operations are located on the UPPER INNER roadway with marked pick up/drop off stops.
