| PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project is to construct a new storage building for the Airport’s snow removal equipment (SRE) at MEM airport. The initial building under this project is anticipated to be 16 to 20 bays at approximately 40,000 SF with future expansions/buildings possible. The project will also include site improvements, including fencing, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities. Site is approximately 6 acres. This project is anticipated to be bid as one package but could be separated into a site package and building package depending on what is in the best interest of the Authority. |
