By signing below, named Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions for participation in the Memphis International Airport World Class tour and/or any other tour or program activities conducted by the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (the “Program”). Participant acknowledges that participation in the Program is voluntary. In consideration of that participation, Participant hereby acknowledges that Participant is aware of the risks, dangers and hazards and may be exposed to such risks, dangers, and hazards. Participant hereby knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, indemnifies, discharges, and holds harmless Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (“MSCAA”), any other participating Program facilities and facilitators, and its commissioners, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Program.

The Program will be facilitated by professionals in the aviation and airport industry at their place of business. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Participant shall abide by all applicable rules and regulations for each Program site.

Medical Consent: Participant hereby consents to the Program facilitators providing, arranging for, and consenting to any necessary medical treatment for Participant during the Program, including onsite and offsite emergency care. Participant accepts responsibility for the costs of all such medical treatment. Participant hereby affirms that Participant has no conditions that would make it unsafe for Participant to participate in the Program.

Media Release: In consideration for participation in the Program, and without any further consideration from the Program, Participant hereby grants permission to MSCAA to utilize Participant’s appearance, performance or voice in any and all manner and media throughout the world for the purpose of promotion, reporting or publication for the Program or MSCAA. The Program may use Participant’s likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with publication, promotion, exhibition and distribution of such material. Participant understands that no royalty, fee or any other compensation of any kind shall become payable to the Participant by reason of such release and use of any photograph or video.

Participant expressly agrees that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any of its provisions are held to be invalid, the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Participant acknowledges that they have read this agreement and understand it, that they have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be binding upon themselves, their heirs, their spouses, parents, guardians, next of kin, executors, administrators and legal or personal representatives.
