The Thanksgiving holiday travel period is traditionally one of the busiest of the year for airports across the nation. As a result, travelers should prepare for heavier passenger traffic during this year’s Thanksgiving travel period, which will fall between November 17-27.
Fall Break continues the trend of heavy passenger traffic at MEM. More than 50,000 people are expected to pass through the TSA checkpoint during the peak Fall Break travel period, which will take place October 5-9.
