Uber and Lyft are currently operating at Memphis International Airport.
At the terminal, pickup areas are located outside each of the A, B and C ticketing lobby exits on the outer commercial drive.*
Follow “Uber/Lyft” signage to the designated area for pickups. For rental car customers, there is a pick-up and drop-off area on the 3rd floor of the economy parking garage at the elevators.
* Due to improvements at MEM, the rideshares will be relocated. When that happens, be on the look out for signs directing you to the new area. The new pick up area will be on the baggage level on the new commercial drive and will remain there until the new upper roadway is completed in 2027.
When taking trip with a rideshare partner, please verify the vehicle and driver by matching the license plate, car make and model, and driver photo with the information provided in your app. Trips can only be requested through the ride share company’s app. Never get in a car where the vehicle or driver identity doesn’t match the information in the app.
