MEMPHIS, TENN. (March 5, 2025) – Spirit Airlines has launched its nonstop service between Memphis International Airport (MEM) and Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). The flight will operate daily through April 10, then will operate three times weekly on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Tickets are on sale at www.spirit.com.

The airline will operate a 182-seat ­­­­­­­Airbus 320 aircraft for the MEM-FLL service.

“We recently made significant enhancements to our guest experience, and now we’re excited to add even more value for our Memphis guests looking to discover a new destination next year,” said John Kirby, Vice President of Network Planning. “Fort Lauderdale is a great spring getaway with many beaches, golf courses, and activities for travelers to enjoy with family and friends.”
