MEMPHIS, TENN. (February 21, 2025) – Spirit Airlines has launched seasonal nonstop service between Memphis International Airport (MEM) and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) for the Mardi Gras travel period. The flight will operate daily through March 9 and tickets are on sale at www.spirit.com.

The airline is utilizing a 182-seat ­­­­­­­Airbus 320 aircraft for the MEM-MSY service.

“We know Memphis travelers want convenient and affordable flights to popular leisure destinations, and our new seasonal service makes it easier to visit the Big Easy for Mardi Gras this spring,” said John Kirby, Vice President of Network Planning. “Our Memphis Guests can also enjoy our newly enhanced Guest experience and new travel options that range from premium to economical.”
