Airport Authority begins planned leadership transition

As part of a carefully planned process, Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) has announced that Terry Blue has transitioned into the role of President. Blue was selected to replace the retiring Scott Brockman as President and CEO by the MSCAA Board of Commissioners at their monthly meeting in April. Blue, who previously served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, joined MSCAA in 2015 and has more than 25 years of aviation experience.

Airport Authority Board selects Terry Blue to succeed Scott Brockman as President/CEO

The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) Board of Commissioners has selected Terry Blue as its next President and CEO. Blue, who currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Scott Brockman, whose retirement will be effective on December 31, 2023.

Scott Brockman, President and CEO of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA), has announced that he will retire effective December 31, 2023. The MSCAA board will now begin a process to identify and select Brockman’s successor as CEO.
