MEMPHIS, TENN. (February 8, 2024) – Southwest Airlines has announced that it will offer seasonal nonstop service between Memphis International Airport (MEM) and Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) starting October 3. The flight will operate five times weekly from Thursday through Monday. Tickets are on sale at www.southwest.com.
Southwest will also resume its service between MEM and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on October 3. The MEM-PHX service will also operate Thursday-Monday.
Las Vegas is MEM’s third-most popular destination. With the addition of Las Vegas and return of Phoenix, Southwest now serves 10 destinations from MEM, including Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Orlando and Tampa.
“Southwest’s announcement of Las Vegas service is wonderful news for MEM passengers,” said Michael Keeney, Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners. “The new LAS route coupled with the return of PHX service provides service to popular destinations as well as new connectivity to the West Coast.”
