Construction has begun on the creation of the new commercial ground transportation lane outside baggage claim. Due to the active construction and barriers that are in place, passengers should only utilize crosswalks when walking to and from the terminal. This phase is expected to be completed in mid-December. As this date approaches, additional information and graphics will be shared to assist with this transition.
 
Once the new commercial lane is completed, the lower outer drive will close and coach buses and MATA operations will move to the upper inner drive outside the C terminal. A coach bus staging area will be created along the entrance road near the cell phone lot and there will be a limit of two buses at a time at the terminal C location.
 
MSCAA is targeting the end of March for the relocation of Uber and Lyft to the new commercial lane and the closure of existing commercial lanes.
