Campaign to focus on passenger experience and discovery of MEM-centric amenities

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis International Airport (MEM), known as a top global cargo airport, launches a new integrated marketing campaign to focus on the passenger experience. The “Now @ MEM” campaign will highlight the airport’s innovation, ease of travel, and commitment to providing a world-class experience for all.

This is the first campaign the airport has launched since 2018.

The airport serving West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and East Arkansas, is in the midst of a $700 million construction project to elevate the passenger experience both inside and outside. The terminal was modernized in 2022. “Now @ MEM” presents the airport’s current features, but also the possibility of the future to travelers through five pillars: Service, Culture, Food, Art, and Soul.

Throughout the campaign, travelers can expect out-of-home advertisements, a campaign commercial (embedded below), a refreshed website at flymemphis.com, and more to focus on components that boost its profile, including its expanding flights service, family-friendly amenities, artistic and cultural connection to Memphis, and other offerings.

“We’re excited to announce our campaign and engage travelers in a deeper look into the memorable travel experience the airport provides and its vibrant reflection of Memphis,” said Terry Blue, MSCAA President and CEO.

The “Service” pillar exemplifies the airport’s expansion, customer service from MEM employees, including the recently launched Delta Airlines nonstop service to New York City and Breeze Airways service. Additionally, the airport was ranked as one of the top family-friendly airports in the world and as the most family-friendly in the U.S. in 2025 by iCandy.

The “Culture” pillar showcases the airport’s position as an ambassador for Memphis, and its atmosphere of safety and ease for all travelers. With local and national retailers, the “Food” pillar exemplifies MEM’s dining options, including award-winning bars, such as Memphis Made Brewing Co.

The “Art” and “Soul” pillars of MEM display the airport’s focus on art with more than 40 pieces from local and national artists, and soulful music performed yearlong in the terminal, rooted in Memphis history as the birthplace of blues, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll.

A campaign launch activation was held in the terminal to feature pillar-based activities highlighting services and amenities in the Memphis International Airport on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Selected photos from the event are below.
